Step-by-Step Overview:
Step 1: Blog Workflow & Keyword Research
Go to the Blog Workflow section > Click on Blog Topic Ideas > Enter your topic (e.g., Freelancing) > The tool suggests multiple keywords, titles, and intent (Awareness, Consideration, Decision). Select a keyword, e.g., Freelance Time Management.
Now, open Excel and document:

Primary Keyword

Blog Title
Use this Excel structure to stay organized. I always work cleanly—branding matters.
Step 2: Long-Tail Keyword Generation
Navigate to SEO Tools > Long Tail Keywords > Paste your primary keyword. The tool will generate multiple long-tail keywords and titles.
In Excel, document these under:

Secondary Keywords (Long-Tail)
Select the best five long-tail keywords.
Step 3: Generating Blog Outline
Back to Blog Workflow > Go to Blog Outline > Paste your blog title > Click Create Content.
This gives you a structured outline. But don’t blindly follow the AI—you must direct it. That’s the point of SEO-friendly outlines.
Create a Word doc, paste the outline, adjust formatting, and align long-tail keywords into proper subheadings.
Step 4: Writing the Blog (Using Gravity AI)
Open Gravity AI > Blog Content > Paste your custom outline > Paste blog title > Click Create Content.
Let it generate the blog.
Important:
Don’t just copy and paste this as-is. Most people make this mistake. This is why AI-generated blogs don’t rank.
You must humanize it.
Step 5: Humanizing the Blog
Open Surfer SEO AI Detector > Paste original content > It will say “100% AI-generated” (very common).
Now, click “Humanize” > It rewrites the content to feel human-written.
Copy the result to a new document.
Step 6: AI Detection Test (Again)
Paste humanized content back into Surfer AI Detector > This time it should show something like “1% AI-detected” — perfect.
Step 7: Grammarly Check
Open Grammarly > Paste the blog > Fix grammar, spelling, tone > Score should go up (e.g., from 92 to 98).
Step 8: Add Relevant Images
Open Ideogram.ai > Search for image prompt (e.g., Time Management in Freelancing) > Generate image > Use snipping tool to save the image.
Insert images into your blog to make it visually appealing. Blogs with images keep readers engaged longer.
Step 9: Blog Title Image Design (on Canva)
Go to Canva > Blog Thumbnails > Choose a design > Customize with your blog title and tagline.
