Apollo is a lead generation tool with over 200 million verified business and contact records. First, sign up on Apollo.io using your Gmail. On the dashboard, you can search for companies or people.

Go to the People section. You’ll receive limited free credits. Use filters to create a persona. For example:

  • Job title: Founder, CEO, Owner, Director

  • Department: Medical & Health

  • Industry: Health, Wellness, and Fitness

  • Location: India

  • Sub-niche: Physiotherapy

Once your persona is set, Apollo shows you matching contacts with emails, phone numbers, company names, etc. You can export them as a CSV file.
